Salary: $137,300–$200,000 per year (USD) across US locations, and CAD $135,000–$173,500 per year for British Columbia.

What you will do

• Design and implement AI-driven agents for complex game development tasks.
• Create agents capable of understanding game engine context, assisting in asset generation, debugging systems, and simulating player behavior.
• Identify and resolve traditional game development bottlenecks using AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with gameplay engineers and technical artists to integrate AI agents into proprietary engines and toolsets.
• Explore novel applications of modern AI techniques (e.g., LLMs, reinforcement learning) to transform game building and shipping.
• Define internal platforms, tools, and architectures for safe and effective AI agent operation at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Software Engineering, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/Machine Learning.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong background in AI, machine learning, or applied research, with experience building real-world systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks and techniques (e.g., LLMs, agent frameworks, reinforcement learning).
• Expert-level proficiency in Python (for AI/Tools) and C++ (for Engine integration).
• Demonstrated success deploying agentic workflows or complex ML models into production environments.
