What you will do

• Work 30% directly with customers and 70-80% on hands-on coding and integration.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, integrations, and automations connecting hirify.global with customer systems.
• Integrate SaaS and non-SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and real-time communication architectures.
• Optimize AI performance using prompt engineering, semantic search, and generative AI techniques.
• Analyze data with SQL and build dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, engineering, product, and support teams.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of software development or platform engineering experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
• Applied AI knowledge including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent validation.
• Experience with API integration patterns, data synchronization, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment on serverless platforms and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.
