What you will do

• Design, develop, and launch AI agents, integrations, and automations to connect hirify.global with customer tech stacks.
• Integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, and real-time communication for seamless data flow.
• Optimize AI performance using prompt engineering, semantic search, and generative AI techniques.
• Perform data analysis, write SQL queries, and build dashboards to provide customer insights.
• Develop rapid proofs-of-concept and conduct technical demos.
• Collaborate with customers, engineering, product, and other teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and function calling for AI solutions.
• Deep experience with large-scale data synchronization, API integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, webhooks), and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience deploying on serverless and edge platforms (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions) with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, observability).
• Skilled in data mapping, schema alignment, data modeling, and graph data structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts.
