What you will do

• Work on applications that support the core business of the company.
• Improve our proprietary trading platform by writing efficient and performant code and designing new solutions.
• Maintain existing systems with a focus on low latency and stability.
• Work in small, business-aligned teams and follow agile practices.
• Collaborate daily with Trading and other relevant teams for swift feedback loops.
• Maintain shared libraries, encourage code re-use, and continuously evolve application architecture.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Proficiency in C++ is required.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Git is required.
• Interest in the finance industry, preferably trading.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to take ownership and work in teams.
