Salary: $140,000 - $210,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and data integrations.
• Ensure responsive, performant, and consistent frontend user experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data engineers, and designers.
• Contribute to architecture decisions around data models, caching, and messaging queues.
• Participate in design and code reviews, ensuring engineering excellence.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement in reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers, advocate for best practices, and promote a positive team culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in fullstack web development, with a strong emphasis on backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go).
• Proven experience designing and building GraphQL and/or RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Experience deploying and managing services in cloud environments (preferably GCP, AWS, Terraform).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
