Engineering Intern

TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Union Square, New York City

Salary: $4,000–$8,000 per month (hourly $25-$50)

What you will do

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test new web and mobile application features.
• Write clean, efficient code while participating in debugging and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Provide insights and suggestions for improving the user interface, user experience, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with data analysts to collect and analyze user interaction data for informed engineering decisions.
• Proactively seek opportunities to learn and expand skills in various technologies and development methodologies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science or related technical field, with a graduation date between 2027 and 2028.
• Proficient in programming in one or more of the following languages: Javascript/Typescript, Ruby, or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks and libraries such as Micronaut, gRPC, React, or Postgres.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.
• Availability to work from our office in Union Square, NYC.
