What you will do

• Collaborate with CEOs and functional leaders to implement the Banyan Operating System and drive operational improvements and growth.
• Lead high-impact projects across sales, marketing, AI, and product as the right-hand to an Operating Partner.
• Assist in integration planning and onboarding for newly acquired businesses.
• Support Operating Partners with critical initiatives, cross-company collaboration, and key decision-making efforts.
• Gain hands-on experience to prepare for future executive leadership roles, including potential CEO or C-suite positions.

Requirements

• MBA degree required.
• Prior experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or an operational leadership role.
• Commercial Go-To-Market (GTM) experience is a plus, as is experience in the software industry and understanding SaaS business dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Proven track record of leading projects, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
