What you will do
- Drive commercial governance, risk assessment, and value-based recommendations across the Surveillance business area.
- Set and enforce standards for risk appetite, deal structures, and contractual integrity from capture to execution.
- Evolve business models to support the shift toward software, services, and systems integration.
- Lead the development of standardized, scalable offerings and pricing structures.
- Oversee disciplined contract execution, including management of obligations and value realization.
- Lead high-value customer negotiations and manage a team of senior specialists.
Requirements
- Senior international commercial leadership experience in large industrial businesses with complex, high-risk contracts.
- Proven track record of leading senior specialist teams across multiple sites and countries.
- Extensive experience in high-value negotiations and building key customer relationships.
- Background in business management with knowledge of long bid cycles and product life cycles.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (verbal and written).
- University degree and ability to pass security vetting.
