Performance Tester (Fintech)

TL;DR

Performance Tester (Fintech): Implementing automated tests focused on Performance, Capacity, and High Availability in a financial, stock market related environment. Focus on ensuring comprehensive test plan coverage from a technical standpoint, as well as executing, monitoring, and reporting on tests that address a range of Non-Functional Requirements.

Location: Hybrid - Gdynia / Warszawa / Rzeszów / Kraków (1-2 days/week from the office)

What you will do

• Ensure comprehensive test plan coverage from a technical standpoint.
• Execute, monitor, and report on tests that address Non-Functional Requirements.
• Design detailed, reproducible, and scalable performance test cases.
• Define test objectives, KPIs, workloads, and scenarios aligned with business goals.
• Run performance tests across distributed systems.
• Generate comprehensive reports with metrics, analysis, and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in test automation with a strong focus on performance and load testing.
• Strong technical skills and experience with tools.
• Jmeter experience (k6 - nice to have).
• Proficiency in Java for developing custom scripts, plugins, or integrations.
• CI/CD integration for automated performance testing pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset with a test design–oriented approach.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
