What you will do

• Manage employment-related documentation, including B2B contracts and civil law contracts, ensuring legal compliance in Poland.
• Maintain accurate employee and contractor records, managing data changes in the ERM/Oracle system.
• Prepare payroll input data and coordinate with payroll service providers.
• Oversee employee benefits administration, including social benefits and insurance.
• Support employment legalization for foreign employees by preparing required documents for work permits and visas.
• Provide expert local support on Polish labor law, operational best practices, and prepare HR reports.

Requirements

• Solid experience in HR administration in Poland (3+ years preferred), including payroll, employment contracts, and civil law contracts.
• Strong knowledge of the Polish Labor Code and civil contract regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow) and G-suite.
• Proficiency in Excel, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage end-to-end HR administrative processes.
• English: C1 minimum and good Polish is a must.
