HR Generalist Solbeg
📍 Warsaw (Hybrid)
Solbeg, a global IT services company delivering high-end engineering solutions across Banking, E-commerce, Logistics and more, is expanding its HR Team in Poland.
We are looking for a highly organized, adaptable, and service-oriented HR Generalist who will take ownership of daily HR operations and employee experience across borders. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment — this role is for you.
What you’ll do
— Design, analyse and manage a competitive employee benefits package, coordinating with external providers
— Act as the primary advisor to employees on policies, benefits and general HR queries
— Support core HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, personnel documentation
— Build and maintain a local HR Knowledge Base for employees and managers
— Prepare HR analytics and reports for local & global leadership; ensure data accuracy in HRIS
— Handle administrative tasks such as business trip arrangements, visa processes and internal communication
— Contribute to smooth, consistent HR operations within an international team
What you bring
— 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
— Strong hands-on experience managing benefits and HR administration in an international environment
— Fluency in Polish, English and Russian (B2+)
— Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
— Client-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
Nice to have:
— Experience with HR systems (BambooHR, SharePoint)
— Interest in supporting employer branding or team-building initiatives
