What you will do
- Work alongside the C-suite to prioritize objectives and translate strategy into actionable project plans.
- Design and maintain the organization’s operating rhythm, including planning cycles and OKR tracking.
- Serve as the central hub for information flow, ensuring departments are coordinated.
- Lead high-impact, high-visibility initiatives from concept to execution.
- Identify organizational gaps or process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, strategy, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar high-rigor environment.
- Prior experience working directly with C-suite executives or founders in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong capability to navigate complex, ambiguous problems and execute with precision.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize complex data into clear briefings.
- Highly organized and process-oriented with a natural bias toward action and a get it done attitude.
- Comfortable being always-on when urgency demands and thriving in a fast-paced, startup atmosphere.
Nice to have
- Deep passion for or experience in the Crypto, Blockchain, or Web3 ecosystems.
- Experience in investment banking or other detail-intensive analytical roles.
