What you will do

• Design and implement global platform features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams.
• Contribute to designing and evolving system architecture.
• Enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews; implement automated testing.
• Apply design patterns and best practices in reliability management (resiliency, autoscaling, monitoring, alerting).
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing for performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in backend development with mandatory proficiency in Golang.
• Hands-on experience with Design Patterns, Design Principles, Software Architecture, Algorithms, and automated tests.
• Good knowledge of relational and distributed databases.
• Understanding of development lifecycle and collaboration with agile teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
