What you will do

• Design and execute adoption and expansion plays across the post-sale journey, leveraging AI, product telemetry, and signal-based triggers.
• Own key growth outcomes, including GRR, NRR in the form of credit consumption uplift, as well as seat expansion.
• Deliver playbook-driven interventions that drive measurable impact.
• Partner with clients to refine their GTM strategies and align them with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Stay ahead of GTM tech trends, continuously refining our stack to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Growth, Account Management, or Sales Development leadership.
• Experience turning complex data sets into clear, actionable strategies that fuel revenue growth.
• Mastery of CRMs, sales automation tools, and AI platforms.
• Ability to spot inefficiencies and turn chaotic workflows into smooth, optimized operations.
