What you will do

• Drive the technical success of the TIE contractor group.
• Act as a key liaison between management and the engineering team.
• Ensure the product remains optimized, resilient, and scalable.
• Provide architectural leadership while maintaining a strong hands-on approach.
• Investigate and resolve customer-facing infrastructure issues.
• Translate high-level strategy into stable, high-performance code.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C# and/or Node.js.
• Proven experience leading technical teams or managing external vendor/contractor groups.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in complex, multi-layered architectures.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Background in Cyber Security or Identity Management (AD/Entra ID) – A significant advantage.
