MATABOO is a Polish game development company specializing in co-development, porting, remasters, remakes, optimization and advanced engineering support. We work with leading global studios on high-profile PC and console titles. As a Senior C++ Programmer you will join an experienced engineering team delivering complex technical solutions across multiple platforms and engines.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Work on co-development, remastering and porting of games for PC and consoles
• Transfer games between different platforms
• Create new and extend existing gameplay functionalities
• Optimize game performance and memory usage
• Expand existing game engines with new systems and features
• Prepare technical documentation of implemented solutions

📚 Required Skills
• At least 6 years of professional experience as a C++ programmer
• Very good knowledge of modern C++ and object-oriented programming
• Excellent low-level understanding of hardware and operating systems
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, optimization techniques and acceleration structures
• Experience with multithreaded programming, debugging and profiling
• Programming or IT-related education
• Good command of English

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5
• Knowledge of Unity or proprietary engines
• Experience in rendering, AI, consoles, multiplayer or networking systems
• Knowledge of DirectX, OpenGL, Vulkan or Metal
• Console development experience on PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo Switch
• Experience with multiplayer and network code
• Background in game development, emulators or demoscene productions
