Location: This role is based in our offices in Toronto, Canada or the United Kingdom.

What you will do

  • Develop crisp, differentiated positioning, messaging, and narrative that lands product value with clarity and precision.
  • Lead end-to-end Go-to-Market planning for major product and feature launches, driving adoption and commercial outcomes.
  • Run ongoing market, customer, and competitive insight programs to inform GTM strategy and product roadmap.
  • Equip Sales, BDRs, CS, and wider GTM teams with pitch decks, playbooks, and training that increase confidence and conversion.
  • Partner with Revenue Marketing, Growth, and Brand to inform campaign strategy, targeting, and content themes.
  • Define success metrics for launches and GTM programs, reporting on performance and delivering recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that shape how hirify.global shows up in the market and mentor Product Marketing Managers to raise craft quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Product Marketing or related Go-to-Market roles within high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Experience running Go-to-Market motions, positioning work, and product launch programs.
  • Strong storytelling ability and a portfolio of impactful PMM deliverables.
  • Experience working with SQL (or willingness to deepen this skill) to analyse customer or product data.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution.
