🦄 Description
Sperasoft is looking for an experienced Rendering Developer to join an international engineering team working on high-quality game projects for PC and consoles. The role focuses on Unreal Engine rendering systems, optimization and low-level graphics programming across modern platforms.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Modify existing and implement new Unreal Engine rendering components for PC and consoles
• Optimize rendering code and performance
• Write clean, efficient and robust C++ code
• Participate in the full game development cycle from prototype to release
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, artists and QA
• Take on additional technical responsibilities as required

📚 Required Skills
• Strong understanding of the real-time rendering pipeline
• Excellent C++ programming skills
• Experience with Unreal Engine and its rendering architecture
• Hands-on experience with Nanite, Lumen and Virtual Shadow Maps
• Deep knowledge of modern graphics APIs such as DirectX 12 and Vulkan
• Experience using profilers and debuggers like PIX, Unreal Insights and RenderDoc
• Solid math background including linear algebra and vector math
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent practical experience
• At least 2 years of experience working with large codebases
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation
• Good written and spoken English

• Knowledge of modern GPU architectures
• Experience with console development
