Location: Onsite in Belgrade, Serbia. Candidates will collaborate with colleagues from international studios (EU, US & Canada).

What you will do

• Use internally developed tools to adapt and convert game mathematics.
• Modify existing mathematical logic to meet new market requirements.
• Collaborate with Game Designers on tuning various game payouts.
• Write Python simulations to evaluate the mathematical logic of games.
• Prepare necessary mathematical documentation for technical approval, ensuring jurisdictional compliance.
• Act as an internal contact person for game mathematics queries from external laboratories.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Python, demonstrable during assessment.
• English language: B2+ written and spoken required for communication with international studios.
• Strong mathematical knowledge of statistics and probability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Being precise, detailed, exact, proactive, and a team player.

Nice to have

• Ability to understand and analyze C# code.
• Experience in mathematics, statistics, or software engineering.
