What you will do
- Provide integration subject matter expertise and partner with various teams (Services, Product, DevOps, QE) for migrations and integrations.
- Manage, configure, and assist customers with data migration and integration requirements.
- Leverage product knowledge, relational database skills, and data migration tools, including API support.
- Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting for migrations and integrations.
- Provide second-tier technical support and best practices for production integration issues.
- Support pre-sales activities for custom integrations, including scope definition and work estimates.
Requirements
- Experience in technical consulting with strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, relational database design, and querying concepts.
- Exposure to MS SQL Server Scripting, client/server, and service-based application development.
- Working experience with JSON data formatting, SaaS & iPaaS solutions.
- Strong ability to interact with customers and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- English: B2+ required.

- Degree or diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems.
- Exposure to Data migrations, Integrations, API.
