What you will do

• Provide integration subject matter expertise and partner with various teams (Services, Product, DevOps, QE) for migrations and integrations.
• Manage, configure, and assist customers with data migration and integration requirements.
• Leverage product knowledge, relational database skills, and data migration tools, including API support.
• Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting for migrations and integrations.
• Provide second-tier technical support and best practices for production integration issues.
• Support pre-sales activities for custom integrations, including scope definition and work estimates.

Requirements

• Experience in technical consulting with strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, relational database design, and querying concepts.
• Exposure to MS SQL Server Scripting, client/server, and service-based application development.
• Working experience with JSON data formatting, SaaS & iPaaS solutions.
• Strong ability to interact with customers and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• English: B2+ required.

Nice to have

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems.
• Exposure to Data migrations, Integrations, API.
