Location: Remote (US). This role is currently hiring only in specific locations in the United States (Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Newburyport, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco) and does not offer relocation.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD

What you will do

  • Execute and optimize mobile app acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads and mobile ad networks for enterprise clients.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and daily performance across assigned app install campaigns.
  • Support channel expansion initiatives by assisting with strategy development and execution.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify irregularities, and surface optimization recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot attribution and tracking issues across MMPs and advertising platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and platform partners to meet client goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a client-facing role.
  • Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Google Search, Applovin, or similar mobile acquisition channels.
  • Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and mobile attribution concepts.
  • Strong understanding of mobile KPIs and app install media buying tactics.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing or supporting campaigns on mobile DSPs.
  • Comfort working with third-party tracking platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava).
  • Willingness to train/develop mobile app acquisition paid media skills.
