Location: Work area: Benelux Area (Primarily Belgium). This is a virtual position with regular customer visits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex software projects for retail clients.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, and customer expectations.
• Identify project risks and develop contingency/mitigation strategies.
• Build partnerships with senior retail customers, executives, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Drive improvement initiatives and ensure contract compliance.
• Track and update project financials, and provide accurate revenue forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
• 10+ years of project management experience managing medium to large, complex software implementations within Professional Services organizations.
• Agile experience is a must.
• Native Flemish and French and Fluent English required.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Tools (Teams, MS Project or equivalent) and project management information systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards like Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), PRINCE II, or Agile.

Nice to have

• Experience within Retail (Food – Non-Food) Industry.
• PMP or equivalent industry-standard project management certification (Prince-2 or IPMA).
