Data Analyst II (Risk & Authentication)

What you will do

• Collaborate with teams to analyze operations and deliver actionable data insights.
• Establish, monitor, and refine KPIs, SLAs, thresholds, and escalation processes.
• Build, maintain, and present dashboards that support data-driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain process automations and system enhancements.
• Document process updates, improvements, and data flows in a clear and consistent manner.
• Review, validate, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, including conducting ad-hoc analyses and data modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Analytical skills with the ability to deliver accurate work within expected timeframes.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience creating SQL queries.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience writing and deploying Python code.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Experience in risk and authentication methodologies, including data profiling, data discovery, cleansing, and process documentation.
