What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional business teams to understand objectives and translate them into clear data and analytics requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain robust data models, advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data architecture, pipelines, and structures align with analytical needs.
• Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to defining and evolving an analytics roadmap aligned with business and product priorities.
• Act as a contributor and advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related role.
• Strong experience in data modeling and analytical design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical queries.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable analytics deliverables.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge of ERP or other enterprise application platforms (e.g., finance, supply chain, CRM, E-Commerce).
• Microsoft Power BI (Data Analysis Expressions knowledge).
• Machine learning experience.
• Understanding of data governance principles and compliance standards.
