Location: Remote, Hybrid or Onsite in Bulgaria or Poland

What you will do
- Analyze large financial datasets from trading systems and market sources to support risk, compliance, and performance teams.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Write complex SQL queries across Oracle and cloud databases (BigQuery, Redshift, Athena).
- Collaborate with traders, risk officers, and compliance to deliver insights into trade behavior, exposure, and anomalies.
- Work within Agile teams to continuously iterate on reporting and data model enhancements.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills (Oracle, GCP BigQuery, AWS Athena or Redshift).
- Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.
- Understanding of financial instruments (equities, derivatives, FX, et cetera).
- Experience working in Agile teams (Scum or Kanban).
- Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with market data sources (Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
- Experience in risk reporting or regulatory reporting (MiFID II, EMIR).
- Experience with cloud data environments (GCP, AWS).
- Basic scripting experience (Python or R).
