What you will do

• Plan and design testing and measurement strategies for business objectives.
• Perform data extraction, manipulation, aggregation, and modeling from large datasets.
• Conduct digital marketing attribution and incrementality measurement.
• Generate and deliver compelling, actionable insights and data storytelling.
• Research and implement industry best practices in digital media and analytics.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Math, Finance, Economics, or Business Engineering.
• 5+ years experience as a data analyst delivering business impact.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, Scala, R for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards with industry leading BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Thoughtspot, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Professional English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Certifications in data analysis and digital marketing.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience working with Latin American markets.
• Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency.
