Associate Manager, Global Media (Marketing): Building and implementing paid media strategies globally for , with an accent on driving growth across the entire customer journey (awareness, acquisition, conversion, monetization). Location: Onsite in Los Angeles, California. Salary will be subject to geographic adjustment if authorization is granted to work outside this location.
Salary: $95,000–$100,000 a year

What you will do
- Manage full-funnel global media strategy and planning across diverse formats.
- Own global media investment, pacing, and budget reallocation for business goals.
- Design and execute structured test-and-learn roadmaps with analytics and regional teams.
- Set and maintain integration standards for media partners and marketing data quality.
- Lead day-to-day agency and platform relationships, ensuring performance and innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on paid asset strategy and integrated storytelling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience, either in-house or agency.
- Strong communication skills for synthesizing data and making recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full marketing funnel (brand building to monetization).
- Deep expertise in digital marketing and paid media, especially social/video, mobile app growth, and Gen Z platforms.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience in media budget management and documentation.
