What you will do

Requirements

• A related technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) is required.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong ability to contribute to technical architecture discussions and drive critical technical decisions.
• Track record of establishing and maintaining high standards for code quality, system reliability, and engineering processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to leadership and managing stakeholder relationships.
