Location: This position is based at hirify.global’s Mexico City office. Flexibility may be offered on the relocation timeline; however, relocation to Mexico City is required for the role.

What you will do

• Drive the implementation and ongoing improvement of safety and security practices across hirify.global’s LATAM operations, adapting global standards to local realities.
• Coordinate regional security activities in support of business-as-usual operations.
• Oversee compliance and auditing activities, including multi-country audit plans and the management of security systems.
• Assess risks across offices and events, proposing mitigation measures and maintaining accurate records.
• Support incident and emergency response for corporate locations and events.
• Design and deliver training, briefings, and awareness activities to reinforce preparedness and crisis response.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience in security, risk management, crisis management, or Health & Safety.
• Practical knowledge of security operations and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and compliance expectations in corporate and event settings.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel across LATAM and occasionally to the US.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering training or awareness initiatives.
• Professional certifications (CPP, PSP, OSHA, IOSH or similar).
• Portuguese proficiency.
