What you will do

• Lead design and delivery of large, cross-team systems, setting technical direction and architectural decisions for revenue initiatives.
• Define the long-term technical roadmap for platform solutions like In-App Purchases (IAP) for feature teams.
• Build advanced tooling, automation, and template systems to enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Collaborate with data, growth, security, and infrastructure partners to optimize subscription and features.
• Mentor senior and junior engineers, lead code reviews, and participate in hiring.
• Contribute individually to the codebase and implement Pull Requests across the stack.

Requirements

• 9+ years of post-Bachelor’s software development experience, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with software architecture and system design.
• Experience leading technical projects or teams from ideation to production.
• Proven track record of operating highly-available systems at significant scale.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Champion of domain-driven design, functional programming, and rigorous testing methodologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cross-platform development (React, React Native, Flutter) and mobile development.
• Experience with Objective-C, Swift, Go, or TypeScript.
• Mentorship experience for senior and junior engineers.
