What you will do

• Manage project intake, workflow, and delivery across multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering to understand their goals and continuously improve collaboration.
• Consult on incoming requests to strengthen brief quality and strategic alignment.
• Maintain and advance our hirify.global operations app.
• Coordinate a dozen+ staff, contractors, and agency partners to match capabilities to project requirements.
• Plan creative capacity and surface conflicts or resource gaps early.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in creative production and operations with in-house experience.
• Familiar with the disciplines required to launch campaigns, products, and events.
• Comfortable using hirify.global and capable of building within it; eager to learn more complex automations and integrations.
• Follows AI developments in the creative and advertising industry with genuine interest.
• Skilled at stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Self-directed and adaptable — you don't wait for marching orders.
