What you will do
- Execute digital marketing initiatives across key channels including website, SEO, email, social media, and paid/organic campaigns.
- Partner with sales, product, leadership, and parent-company stakeholders to translate business priorities into effective marketing execution.
- Create, adapt, and manage high-quality digital and print content, ensuring brand consistency and supporting regional localization.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using analytics and KPIs to continuously improve campaigns and content engagement.
- Own day-to-day management of the global WordPress website, including content updates, landing pages, and coordination with external developers.
- Support the execution of global and regional trade shows and industry events by coordinating booth assets and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B technology or medical device environment.
- Proven experience executing digital marketing campaigns, content, and website initiatives.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization, balancing global brand consistency and regional adaptation.
- Comfort using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for light asset creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical topics into compelling marketing messages.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience managing WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Experience with B2B digital platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics tools.
- Experience with CRM and email marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.
