What you will do

• Act as the first line for security related queries from internal staff, clients, and prospects.
• Manage the team's ticketing system and provide management reporting of security metrics.
• Manage access permissions and triage security alerts and threat feeds.
• Perform vulnerability management and run staff security awareness initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing auditing of security controls.
• Respond to compliance security questionnaires.

Requirements

• Experience supporting customers in a technically focused role.
• A demonstrable interest in Technology and Information Security is required.
• Awareness of core technologies such as Firewalls, IPS & IDS, DLP, WAF, Vulnerability management, Anti-virus, email, and Web filtering.
• Great customer service & communication skills.
• Good knowledge of modern Microsoft operating systems and productivity suites.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work well under pressure, either individually or as a team.
• No previous experience in an infosec role is required.
