What you will do
- Develop and execute the European go-to-market strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales, pre-sales, and business development teams.
- Establish trusted C-level relationships with enterprise customers.
- Own regional revenue targets, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health.
- Act as General Manager for Europe with full P&L ownership.
- Localize global strategy for European markets, including regulatory and cultural considerations.
Requirements
- 20+ years in enterprise technology with 8+ years in senior sales and/or general management roles.
- Proven success scaling B2B technology sales across Europe.
- Deep experience selling AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
- Background in high-growth or scale-up environments.
- Experience across Ireland, France, Italy, and Southern Europe.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic judgment.
