What you will do

• Structure priorities, decisions, and information flow to create leverage for the CRPO.
• Increase organizational coherence across execution teams.
• Translate strategy into execution through clear charters, operating rhythms, and accountability.
• Surface risks, misalignment, and second-order effects early.
• Own Lila's Science and Platform chartering system and drive portfolio reviews and decision cadence.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives where ownership is unclear.

Requirements

• Scientific training.
• Track record of building operating structure in ambiguous systems.
• Comfort navigating technical, scientific, or product complexity.
• Strong judgment under pressure and a bias toward action without recklessness.
• Clear, direct, and calm communication style.
• Low ego and high accountability with a value and customer-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Experience operating close to senior executives in high-stakes environments.
• Ph.D. in a scientific domain.
