What you will do

• Provide technical guidance and make final architectural decisions across 2-3 teams.
• Set technical direction for teams, focusing on architectural impact.
• Propose improvements in architectures and internal processes.
• Communicate effectively in business and technical terms.
• Mentor new engineers and foster team growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• 10+ years of total experience, with 5-6 years in a lead or architect role.
• Experience leading strategic projects following Clean Architecture principles.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex issues into clear insights.
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Git submodules.
• Experience in the airline industry, e-commerce systems, and/or SaaS.
