What you will do
- Set the vision and roadmap for active trading products, integrating AI within safety and compliance boundaries.
- Ship innovative features end-to-end with cross-functional teams including Research, Design, Engineering, and Data Science.
- Incorporate regulatory and policy requirements by building reusable guardrails with Compliance, Legal, Security, and Privacy.
- Lead product launches across demos, customer education, support readiness, and cross-functional communications.
- Prioritize product features and experimentation based on user feedback, measured impact, and strategic alignment.
- Define clear goals and metrics to measure product usage, adoption, and performance to steer the roadmap.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years in building and launching high-quality consumer products.
- Strong technical understanding of GenAI, agents, and machine learning, with ability to work closely with engineers and researchers.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder products at scale.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Data-driven mindset and a passion for improving customer experience.
- English: B2 required.

- Experience in fintech, 0-1 product development, and/or consumer AI products.
