What you will do

• Define and lead end-to-end product strategy and roadmap with a focus on exceptional user experiences.
• Drive innovation in UI/UX across multiple Amazon devices and platforms.
• Integrate age-appropriate Generative AI capabilities into products for children.
• Develop cross-device experiences that delight both kids and parents.
• Lead customer-centric product development and optimization efforts.
• Partner with AI/ML teams for personalization and discovery features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or program management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery, roadmap strategy, and end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Deep expertise in B2C product management and consumer UI/UX design.
• Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using analytical tools like Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
