What you will do

  • Protect the CTO’s focus by filtering incoming requests and delegating tasks.
  • Streamline cross-team communication between engineering guilds, product, and ops roles.
  • Facilitate meetings, set agendas, and document outcomes using AI tools.
  • Prepare the CTO for key meetings by summarizing discussions and flagging controversial topics.
  • Lead projects within the CTO’s scope, structuring tasks and monitoring blockers.
  • Monitor key metrics such as retention, SLA, AI costs, and tech ROI.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or Business Assistant supporting C-level leaders in tech, product, content, or marketing.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive projects forward without micromanagement.
  • Proficiency with task trackers (Asana, Notion), Google Workspace (especially Sheets/Excel), and Slack-style messengers.
  • Strong communication skills, including clear writing and concise speaking, capable of managing multiple threads.
  • High emotional intelligence to listen, adapt, and support.
  • Native Russian speaker required (application includes a test section in Russian).
