Senior Product Support Consultant (French, English): Receiving and resolving inbound customer help requests for hirify.global's cloud-based software with an accent on owning issues through to resolution and providing expert advice. Focus on researching, documenting, and prioritizing customer issues while maintaining technical expertise in product functionality and influencing product direction with customer feedback.
Location: This will be an in-office position based in our office in Manchester, UK.

What you will do
- Receive and manage customer help requests via phone, chat, and email.
- Own customer reported issues, ensuring problems are resolved and advocating for customer needs.
- Consult with customers to optimize their business operations using hirify.global.
- Research, document, and prioritize customer issues, escalating when necessary.
- Provide expert advice on hirify.global products to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned product functionality areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a public-facing service position requiring frequent customer engagement.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Experience running a Point-of-Sale (POS) or reservations system.
- Demonstrated tenacity, perseverance, and curiosity in technology.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
