Salary: $155,000 – $240,000/year (USD) for SF/NY/Seattle, $140,000 – $214,000/year (USD) for other US geographies, $120,000 – $182,000/year (CAD) in Canada.

• Craft impactful activation and early-lifecycle experiences through new features and enhancements.
• Define and shape features that help users reach clear “aha” moments, from early ideas and sketches to interactive prototypes.
• Leverage customer insights to guide users toward feature discovery, habit formation, and early value.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand new and existing users.
• Elevate the design culture by pursuing remarkable quality in design craft.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years relevant working experience in product design roles with 3+ years focused on growth, onboarding, or activation experiences.
• Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of product design, encompassing prototyping, visual and interaction design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• You believe AI will revolutionize both how we work and the experiences we create for our customers.
• Excellent Communication: You are comfortable and confident sharing your thoughts in verbal or written form.
• Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
