What you will do
- Acquire high-quality new clients through efficient outbound strategies and cross-sell/upsell existing clients.
- Own the full sales cycle for hirify.global InstantPay and adjacent stablecoin solutions, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and implementation.
- Target and close mid-market and enterprise customers (exporters/importers, e-commerce, IT/outsourcing, logistics, SaaS) across your assigned region.
- Sell value at the CFO/Head of Treasury level, demonstrating FX economics, settlement time improvements, and operational benefits.
- Manage and grow a pipeline: create territory planning, account strategies, and forecast accurately to hit quota.
- Lead pilots and coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and partner providers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
- Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain or crypto infrastructure, OR deep experience in cross-border payments, FX and treasury products with a demonstrable appetite for crypto innovation.
- Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails, and counterparty risk, with practical experience working through KYC/KYB and compliance requirements.
- English: C1+ required. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience selling to senior finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury) and managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes.
- Excellent consultative selling skills, including building financial models, presenting ROI, and negotiating commercial contracts.
