What you will do
- Collaborate with the hirify.global Partnership team and other Marketing Strategists to creatively leverage and promote in-app content.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for hirify.global products and features that empower partners and churches.
- Craft comprehensive strategic campaign briefs that include clear objectives, customer research, and execution details.
- Steward brand positioning of assigned product(s) on social media and maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape.
- Generate actionable insights based on data and communicate this information clearly.
- Lead and coach assigned team members and effectively present ideas with vision and direction.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
- Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills.
- Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems.
- Ability to manage conflict and differing opinions while maintaining composure.
- 3-5 years of related work experience.
