What you will do

• Collaborate with the hirify.global Partnership team and other Marketing Strategists to creatively leverage and promote in-app content.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for hirify.global products and features that empower partners and churches.
• Craft comprehensive strategic campaign briefs that include clear objectives, customer research, and execution details.
• Steward brand positioning of assigned product(s) on social media and maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape.
• Generate actionable insights based on data and communicate this information clearly.
• Lead and coach assigned team members and effectively present ideas with vision and direction.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
• Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills.
• Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems.
• Ability to manage conflict and differing opinions while maintaining composure.
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
