What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable mobile client and backend systems using Unity and related technologies.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver engaging player experiences.
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges and drive solutions from concept to production.
• Contribute to the implementation of engineering practices, tools, and processes.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to peers.
• Work closely with team leads and management to shape technical direction and influence future architecture decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in game development.
• Strong expertise in Unity and C#, with hands-on experience building and optimizing live mobile games.
• Solid understanding of client/server systems and distributed architectures.
• Strong Git knowledge and familiarity with collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with live ops, social/mobile gaming, or data-driven development.
• Motivation to take ownership, lead by example, and grow into a leadership role.
