Salary: $260,800.00–$358,600.00 USD Annual

hirify.global is seeking a VP, Corporate Strategy to define, develop, and drive the long-term vision and strategic direction of the company.

What you will do

• Lead the annual and multi-year corporate strategy planning process.
• Conduct deep-dive market and competitive analysis, and develop business scenarios.
• Define M&A strategy and lead complex, cross-functional strategic projects.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CEO and C-level executives.
• Present strategic updates to the Board of Directors and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Corporate Strategy team.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or management consulting.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strong financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated strategic vision, critical thinking, and outstanding executive communication.
• Experience in driving large-scale organizational change and securing cross-functional buy-in.
