Location: Based in Costa Rica. Requires aligning working hours to overlap customer timezone and being open to travel on short notice to customer locations.

What you will do

• Define customer requirements and drive adoption of hirify.global solutions to streamline operations.
• Lead demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews with customers.
• Design and set up proofs of concept and pilots for high-priority customers.
• Configure hirify.global to meet specific customer business scenarios.
• Identify risks and define mitigation plans based on product capabilities.
• Address customer issues and concerns to ensure satisfaction and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in Implementation and support of Enterprise products.
• Strong software exposure and ability to master product functionality and design solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for requirements and solution documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver excellent customer presentations.
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to align working hours to overlap customer timezones.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of MS Office, JIRA, Basecamp applications.
• Experience in the wellness/spa industry.
