What you will do
- Coordinate logistics for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, including client conferences, webinars, trade shows, and user meetups.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align event themes, content, and objectives with strategic priorities.
- Manage vendor relationships (venues, catering, AV, print, shipping) for cost-effective, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event collateral, promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
- Track event milestones, budgets, and deliverables, and prepare post-event reports including ROI analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or program coordination (preferably in technology, nonprofit, or SaaS).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in event and marketing tools (e.g., Zoom Events, Cvent, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Requires current US work authorization; sponsorship not provided.
- Must be able to work in-office as needed and travel, including evenings/weekends.
