Fullstack Tech Lead

TL;DR

Fullstack Tech Lead (.NET/React): Developing and optimizing core systems, including payments and e-commerce flows, with an accent on architecture, design decisions, and technical standards. Focus on driving engineering best practices, code quality, scalability, and technical excellence across the stack.

Location: Remote, expected to be based in Kyiv, Ukraine

What you will do

• Own architecture, design decisions, and technical standards across the stack.
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, scalability, and technical excellence.
• Develop and maintain back-end services with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build and optimize mobile-first web applications using TypeScript, React, and JSX.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services across the full SDLC.
• Lead code reviews and promote best practices, performance, and security.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer owning complex systems.
• Strong back-end skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
• Solid knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and AWS services (RDS, DynamoDB, ECS, Fargate).
• Familiarity with microservices (Node.js, Lambda) and containerization (Docker, Vagrant).
• Background working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
