hirify.global is currently looking for a Principal Software Engineer for one of their international clients, where you will have a direct impact on the development of solutions that provide data and tools supporting the daily work of engineers and technical specialists.

What you will do

• Designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native applications and services with a strong focus on usability, performance, and reliability.
• Providing technical leadership and acting as a mentor for other engineers, promoting best practices in architecture, code quality, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Developing and delivering solutions based on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem in an AWS environment, following high standards for automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Actively contributing to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring consistent, incremental delivery of business value.
• Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into effective technical designs.
• Taking ownership of end-to-end software delivery, including development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in software development, including work as a senior engineer or technical lead on web-based systems.
• Strong background in microservices architecture and cloud-native application design.
• Proven full-stack development experience, including modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Strong written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level)
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving or loosely defined requirements.
