What you will do

• Provide leadership, training, team building and motivation for the Modeling team.
• Work with production leadership to develop appropriate solutions to modeling.
• Assist in simplifications of scripts, breakdowns and defining production quotas.
• Work with other project leads to help streamline the production.
• Provide creative solutions and suggestions.
• Accountable for productivity meeting, quota targets and delivering on time.

Requirements

• Experience in a full digital art content creation pipeline (high and low-poly modelling, unwrapping, baking, texturing, level art)
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Strong Character work in portfolio is a priority
• Ability to work efficiently with various personalities and different work styles.
• 6+ years art direction leadership experience across industry leading AAA games or entertainment.
• High level of initiative, flexibility and confidence.
