What you will do

• Manage a team of 2D artists, assigning tasks and providing feedback.
• Ensure stylistic consistency within the project.
• Organize an efficient production pipeline in collaboration with the Art Producer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
• Experience in developing visual styles.
• Portfolio with completed projects.
• Understanding of all aspects of 2D content creation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate artistic vision.
• High level of organization and systematic thinking.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate the team.
• English proficiency at Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate level (B2).
